We’re known for our fresh, flavour-packed breakfasts, laid-back brunches and satisfying lunches — all made with care and served with a smile. From perfectly poured barista coffee to our much-loved homemade cakes (the kind that keep you coming back “just for one more slice”), everything we do is about quality and comfort.

The Face Behind Garden Terrace

Garden Terrace Coffee House is proudly led by Mark, who brings over 25 years of experience working across pubs, clubs and restaurants. Hospitality has shaped his career — but it wasn’t always the original plan.

After leaving school, Mark took what he thought would be a short summer job as a pot washer while waiting for a mechanic apprenticeship to come through. What started as “just for now” quickly became something much bigger. He discovered a genuine love for the buzz of service, the camaraderie of a team, and the satisfaction of creating a place where people enjoy spending their time.

That unexpected summer job sparked a sudden career change — and a dream. Owning his own place had been the goal ever since those early days in the kitchen.

Garden Terrace is the result of years of hard work, experience and passion — a space built on dedication, community spirit and a genuine love for hospitality.
